ANNUAL RALLY

27 - 28 February 2021

The Annual Rally will start at Cutler Park on Saturday 29th February 2020.

Rally briefing will be approx. 9.00am with the first car away 9.30am sharp.

There will be Three Runs.  Long, Medium and Short.

Incorporating “Annual Rally” Prize Giving

A BBQ and light entertainment in-conjunction with the Annual Rally which will be open to all members especially including those who have not participated in the Annual Rally.  There will be no entry fee for this day.

This will be held at our Club rooms at Cutler Park.

There will be a BBQ and light entertainment from 11.30 am till 3.00pm.  Should you wish to bring your own picnic lunch that’s all cool, but please bring a gold coin donation to assist with the entertainment costs.

ANNUAL MOTORCYCLE RALLY

20 February 2021

The run this year will start at Cutler Park – motorcycle section corner. Briefing & field tests at 10am with first rider away at 10.15am.

Lunch is ordered with this entry form along with your evening meal which will be held at motorcycle section corner, partners welcome – 5pm onwards.

Trophies will be awarded for all classes of motorcycles.

AUTUMN 3 DAY RUN
to Geraldine, ANZAC Weekend

24-26 April 2021

Run will start at Cutler Park 9am for a 9.30am start.

For the run to Geraldine, BYO Lunch, at a Domain on route (yet to be finalised). Then onto Geraldine, dinner at a hotel then music etc.

Sunday’s run will start at The Geraldine Hotel after the ANZAC Day Service. The run will finish at an 1884 Castle in Timaru. We have a sausage sizzle lunch then photos and back to Geraldine. Dinner at Hotel and games.

Monday’s run will start at The Geraldine Hotel 10am, morning tea supplied at start, the run will go to Tinwald for a BYO lunch. The afternoon run will be back home in your own time.

Grand Country Garden Party

Join us for a fabulous fun day out in the country. 

Our venue is at Graylees Road where there is a large well sheltered homestead garden on a farm off SH75 just beyond Motukarara. *Special parking for Veteran cars.

Time: 10am at venue. If you are interested in a short direct run to the venue avoiding SH75 as much as possible then join us  at Prebbleton Domain car park ready to leave at 9.15am.

Events to be held during day include Petanque, Croquet, Nail Driving, Strength Hammer, Antique bikes, Dog trial demonstration, Musical Organ, Candy Floss

Special Events: with prizes Best Picnic Lunch Set up

Best Dressed—Lady, Gentleman, Family

NOTE: As this event is to be held on a private working farm property definitely no dogs allowed.

It would make this event great if you could make the effort to dress up in the era of your car and bring a colourful umbrella, sunshade or flags to help brighten up this great event.

OLD CARS, BIKES AND COFFEE
9am-11am.

On the third sunday of the month we invite all members and any interested members of the public to join us at Cutler Park from 9am-11am for coffee and a catch-up. Turn up in your club eligible vehicle and meet other club members - if enough interest is shown we might head out for a run. Partners and children encourage to join in but please no dogs.

You don’t need to own a club eligible vehicle to become a member – The Vintage Car Club caters for all cars, trucks and motorcycles over 30 years old. Branches host specialist runs for commercial vehicles, veterans, motorcycles and other subsections as well as plenty of combined events.
